UGN wanted a better headquarters for recruiting and retention without increasing its occupancy cost. Lumen helped reduce the office from 30,000 to 21,700 SF while maintaining every core program requirement by leveraging shared building amenities, right-sizing offices and workstations, and eliminating underutilized functions—all while preserving 1:1 seating.
