Linden selected an exceptional double-height space at the top of the building, but needed additional area to accommodate its current team and future growth without sacrificing the openness and character that made the space unique.

The completed headquarters gave Linden the space it needed for both its current team and future growth while creating a workplace appropriate to one of Chicago’s premier office locations.
The mezzanine transformed unused volume into valuable occupiable space and created a jewel-box conferencing experience at the top of the building.
The result was one of the city’s most refined office environments—adding capacity without compromising the architecture that made the space special.
